Someone who keeps your practice’s systems working.

Your website, your booking system, your payment processor, your Google listing and your intake forms were set up at different times, often by different people. They drift apart.

A price changes on the site but not in the booking flow. A contact form quietly stops delivering and nobody notices for three weeks. Google still lists the suite number you moved out of last spring.

I watch all of it, fix what breaks, and send you one report a month so you can see it is handled.

 • Website updates and fixes
 • Booking and scheduling links
 • Payments, memberships, e-commerce
 • Google listing and directory accuracy
 • Intake and contact form delivery
 • Backups, SSL and uptime
01

The site stays current

Content updates and page changes as you need them. Platform and plugin updates tested before they touch the live site. Backups verified, not just scheduled. SSL and uptime watched.

02

The money path works

Stripe and checkout tested end to end. Membership billing checked. Failed payments and refund errors flagged before your front desk hears about them from a patient.

03

Patients can reach you

Every contact and intake form test-submitted monthly to confirm a human actually receives it. Booking links verified against the right calendar. Hours and phone matching everywhere they appear.

04

Google has you right

Business Profile, directory listings and schema checked for drift after every change, and corrected when they slip. Patients who cannot confirm where you are do not call to ask.

The questions I get asked.

$650 to $1,200 a month, depending on how much is connected to your site. A brochure site with a contact form sits at the low end. A site running memberships, e-commerce and a booking integration sits at the top. Fixed monthly. No hourly surprises.

Message me. Anything that stops patients booking or paying gets looked at the same day. Everything else lands the next working day. You do not need to diagnose it first — telling me what you noticed is enough.

No. I work on what you already have — WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, whatever it is. Moving a site is a separate decision and usually not a necessary one.

Month to month, cancel with 30 days notice. A retainer that needs a year-long contract to survive is usually not worth keeping.

How it works

It starts with a full audit of what you already have — site, booking, payments, listings, forms, tracking — so we both know the real state of things rather than guessing. Anything already broken gets fixed in the first month.

After that it settles into a rhythm. I check everything monthly, fix what needs fixing, and send one report showing what changed and what I looked at. If something breaks in between, you message me. You do not have to know what is wrong or who to call. That is the entire point of the arrangement.
