You moved. The internet didn’t.

A physician leaves a group practice, or a practice moves three miles up the road, and the old information stays behind. The former employer’s site still hosts your bio and your photo. Google still associates your name with an institution you left two years ago. Six directory sites still send patients to a suite you moved out of.

Patients do not call to ask which address is right. They book with whoever was easier to confirm.

A fixed-scope project to make the internet agree with reality, and a monitoring sheet so it stays that way.

 • Knowledge panel corrections
 • Medical directory listings
 • Old bio and photo removal
 • Physician schema markup
01

Find everything

Every place your name and practice appear: Google, Apple Maps, Healthgrades, Vitals, Zocdoc, Doximity, Yelp, insurance directories, and any former employer still using your likeness. You see the full list before anything is touched.

02

Correct what is yours

Google Business Profile claimed and corrected. Every listing you control updated to one consistent name, address, phone and set of hours. Schema added to your own site so search engines stop guessing.

03

Request what is not

Knowledge panel corrections, outdated-content removal for cached pages, and written removal requests to former employers. You supply the letter; I identify who it goes to and file it the way it needs to be filed.

04

Make it stick

A monitoring sheet listing every place your practice appears and what it should say. When something drifts back, and something usually does, you see it rather than hear about it from a patient.

The questions I get asked.

Three to four weeks for the parts I control. Listings update on their own schedules and a few take longer. You get the monitoring sheet at the end either way, so you can see what has landed and what is still pending.

I can identify the right recipient, draft the request properly and file it. Whether they comply is up to them, and I will not pretend otherwise. Most do, once it is asked correctly and in writing.

Corrections are requests, not commands. I file them the way Google wants them filed, which improves the odds, and I fix everything feeding it \u2014 listings, schema, your own site \u2014 which is often what actually moves it.

From $2,500, depending on how many listings exist and how many places the old information lives. You get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts.

What you get

A full audit of where your information currently lives and what each source says about you. Every listing you control, corrected. Every request you do not control, filed properly with a record of when it went and to whom. Schema on your own site.

And a monitoring sheet you keep, listing every place your practice appears and what it should say. The next time you move, this becomes a two-hour job instead of a two-month one.
