Most practices do not have one system. They have a website, a booking platform, a payment processor, a membership plan and an intake form, all bought separately and connected by whoever happened to be around at the time.
The connections between them are where things go wrong, and they go wrong quietly. A form that stopped emailing in March. A Stripe webhook that fails silently. A membership still billing at last year’s price.
This is the work of building those connections properly, or checking that the ones you already have actually work end to end.
Before building anything, I run your current setup the way a patient would. Submit the form. Book the appointment. Buy the thing. Most of what is broken shows up in the first twenty minutes.
Stripe connected and tested with real transactions. Products and memberships configured with the right prices, taxes and receipts. Booking links pointed at the right calendar. Forms delivering to a person who actually checks them.
A test transaction through every path a patient can take, refunded afterwards. Webhooks verified. Failed-payment and receipt emails checked. You watch it land in your own account before we call it done.
GA4 and conversion tracking set up so a booking is recorded as a booking. Not for a dashboard you will never open, but so you can tell what is working without guessing.

From $1,500 for a single integration verified and repaired. A full e-commerce or membership build with products, pricing and receipts runs $2,500 to $3,500. Fixed price, quoted after I have looked at what you have rather than before.

Then I tell you that, you pay for the audit and nothing else, and we are both better off than if I had invented work. It does happen.

I work on the systems around your practice \u2014 website, payments, booking links, listings, forms. I do not build or touch anything that stores protected health information. If a project needs that, you want someone who specialises in it, and I will say so rather than take the job.

Usually. PatientNow, Boulevard, Zenoti, Acuity, Calendly and most of the common ones expose links or embeds I can wire up. If yours does not, I will find that out before you pay me, not after.

I start by using your setup the way a patient would and writing down everything that does not behave. You get that list before any work is agreed, so the scope is based on what is actually wrong rather than what I assume is wrong.
Then it gets built or fixed, tested with real transactions, and handed over with a short document of what connects to what. That last part matters a year later, when something changes and nobody remembers how any of it was wired.
